Where do we deliver for free?
All orders within Australia are shipped free of charge.
Shipping Partners
We work with established delivery providers to ensure orders are transported efficiently. Depending on your location and delivery route, shipments may be handled by Australia Post/StarTrack, CouriersPlease, or Aramex. The carrier is selected automatically once your order is dispatched.
Shipping: Peek Behind The Curtain
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. At the same time, our warehouse team begins preparing your items. Order preparation generally takes 0–1 work days (Mo–Fr). Orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST are prepared the same day.
Once your parcel leaves our facility, you’ll receive another email containing tracking details. Delivery usually takes between 6–9 work days (Mo–Fr).
Changed Your Mind? Cancel!
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact support@mandolph.com with your order ID as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped can no longer be cancelled.
Package Gone Away?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please take clear photos and email them to support@mandolph.com. We’ll review the issue and arrange the next steps.
