Return and Refund Policy

Returns? No Problem!

  • We got you covered for 30 days (counting from delivery, not the day you order)
  • Refund timeframe - you'll get your money back within 7 days after we get your package
  • Who covers return shipping? Unfortunately that's gonna be you (the customer)
  • On the bright side, we don't have a restocking fee!
  • Exchanges are welcome
  • And last but not least, have a look at our Terms of Service as well

How To Return Stuff
You don't like what you bought? Okay then, sad to hear it, we'll take it back and return your money. Keep in mind though, you can only start the return process within 30 days of delivery. We don't care about the reason, change of mind is enough.

Warning: Returns won’t be accepted after 30 days.

To kick it off, email us at support@mandolph.com and we’ll lay out the next steps.

As you may notice, we are an online store and we do not intend to simply borrow our inventory for 30 days and then gracefully accept it back. When you want to return things, they need to:

  • Look fresh (no obvious signs of usage)
  • Have all labels and tags

Naturally make sure everything is packed neatly and securely, and use a postal service with tracking (extra points if you send us the tracking info as well). As you already know, you'll have to pay for the return shipping.

Refunds Details
Let's say it all went well and we've gotten your package, hooray! We'll send you an email notification and it starts the 7 day period we have to process your return and give you your money back. Of course, you can expect on the same payment method you used to place an order on our store.

Hey, Let's Do a Swap!
We're more than happy to accommodate exchange requests. We're all ears at support@mandolph.com and we look forward to the details of what you want to exchange. It's the same as with returns - we will accept swap requests only within 30 days of order delivery.

Package Gone Awry?
We're terribly sorry if you've unpacked your stuff and discovered something unpleasant, be it some damage or maybe the wrong size. Take photos and send them as soon as possible to us at support@mandolph.com. We'll deal with it fast.

Changed Your Mind? Cancel!
Having second thoughts? Look, we get it. Order cancellations are a part of life when you run an online store - we promise we will take it like champs. Just contact support@mandolph.com with your order ID and we will cancel it. Make it quick though, once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled anymore.
